  1. What is intheClutch? intheClutch is a wellness subscription box designed exclusively for young girls. Each box is carefully curated to promote her well-being, self-care, and social-emotional learning.

  2. What is CurlBoss? CurlBoss is the parent company behind intheClutch. CurlBoss envisioned going beyond conventional approaches to wellness education. Inspired to create a more tangible impact, CurlBoss ventured into product development, leading to the birth of intheClutch. Our goal is to provide a hands-on approach to learning and understanding wellness, fostering a positive impact on young girls' journeys toward well-being.

  3. Is there an age bracket for subscribers? We recommend the intheClutch experience for young girls between the ages of 9 and 15. However, we understand that every child is unique, and you know your daughter best. The content is thoughtfully designed to be engaging and applicable even if she falls slightly outside of those age ranges. Our goal is to provide a wellness journey that resonates with her unique needs and interests. We also offer customizable options for organizations to extend the age group.   4. What's inside the box? The contents of each box are a delightful surprise that correlate with the theme of the quarter. The boxes contain curated products and a mini-magazine. These treasures are thoughtfully selected to spark joy and encourage a positive approach to self-care. Once the boxes ship, the product lineup will be available to view on our site.

  5. How often will I receive a box? Boxes are delivered every 3 months. Our first round of boxes will be going out in August. This ensures a steady dose of well-being throughout the year. For customizable options, please reach out to akilah@curlboss.com

  6. Can I cancel my subscription? Absolutely! You can cancel your subscription at any time.

  7. When will I be billed? Billing occurs each month (the exact day of the month will be the same as the day you subscribed). Once subscribed, your billing will be available within the membership site. We are aiming for a seamless and hassle-free subscription experience. Please note that this billing process is applicable to parent/individual subscribers. For schools and community organizations that have a contract with intheClutch, different billing terms will apply. If you are part of an organization, kindly refer to your contract or reach out to our support team for specific billing details.

  8. What is the intheClutch Crew? The intheClutch Crew is our virtual community where subscribers can connect, share experiences, and access additional resources. It's a monitored space for growth, support, and engagement.
